RD3 DANGER ZONE - 20.-21. SEP., Tököl [HU]

First half of the season is behind us and as drivers return from their summer break, they know they have to get ready for a high-speed course at an abandoned Soviet airfield. This track requires bravery, precision and complete focus, much like the virtues of army pilots who used to speed down this same patch of tarmac.

Tököl airport in Hungary is the perfect setting for Round 3, where there’s no more margin for error. With only 2 races to go in the season, the results of the Hungarian round will determine who still has a title shot coming into the last round in Krsko. To make things even more difficult, a whole squadron of Hungarian drivers will do their best to retain victory in their homeland. As this race is part of a racing weekend with a Hungarian national drift competition on the schedule as well, drifters and drift fans will be pouring into Tököl for this spectacle.

Young guns by the names of Dobias, Bloder and Brdek sit atop the championship leaderboard at the moment, but they will have to make the trip and prove their skills once more in the Dangerzone if they are to lift the championship trophy come October. With an array of more experienced (and talented) Adria Drift Series drivers and a large number of local guys breathing down their necks, this will be no easy mission.

So get ready and come fully prepared - once you’re in the Danger Zone, there is no turning back.
