The Final Errors
Dear visitors and competitors of Adria Drift Series RD5 – THE TERMINAL,
In the name of the organization team of the event we would firstly like to apologize for the inconvenience with the sound system. Unfortunately there were some issues on the main power transformer which led to the main and reserve speaker system malfunction. So there was no possible way to run the whole show in a proper way.
Due to the rainy weather and safety reasons we had to improvise the side program so Jure Križman only got one show round towards the end. As for the Drift Taxi, the ambassador of the series and our taxi drifter Luka Marko Grošelj got ill (we wish him to get well soon). Tadej Gostinčar as a last minute substitute taxi drifter and Urban Cvetko with his drift car offered us a solution, but unfortunately the car broke down.
All in all we brought drift scene to Ljubljana, which was a huge challenge for us, but definitely a step forward for the whole automotive scene in this region. Unfortunately not on a level that we planed it to be and on a level that this kind of event deserves to be.
Hopefully the weather will be on our side next season and we guarantee that we will make sure that this kind of troubles, like sound system this season, will not happen and you’ll get an even bigger spectacle!
